The bedskirt/dust ruffle is comprised of 3 panels (2 side panels and 1 panel for footend of the bed). Each panel is 22" high making the duster drop completely adjustable, from 21" down to 14" or even shorter. We supply a number of twist in pins/screws to anchor top of panels between the box spring and mattress. Because there no top decking to go under mattress, you do not have to lift the mattress off the bed. Discontinued
